The ‘It’ Handbags (For Every Budget)
From ASOS to Dior and everything in between.
My best friend’s mum recently told me that I should never leave the house without a handbag and to also avoid wetting my face (because it causes wrinkles!?).
I’m not going to stop washing my face anytime soon, but when it comes to handbags, she’s got a point because the right one will instantly transform any outfit and get the same attention from strangers as a puppy.
I’m all for anything that’s an easy ‘go’ with a t-shirt, skirt and sneakers.
Roberta gets the drift with her CHANEL Gabrielle + white jeans on a white tee combo (je die).
The edit below is pretty much my wish list as I’m currently trying to find ways to save up for my first investment piece.
When shopping designer it’s all about going for a statement that’s also timeless – think great hardware and classic colours.
Until I learn to control my sashimi-in-a-bowl addiction, it’s high street prices for me. Sometimes you have to dig a little deeper or let me (I found some siiick ones starting at $45!).
My tip for choosing a cheap bag (that doesn’t look it) is to keep it minimal and avoid too many embellishments, bad zips and tacky materials.
Take my ‘hand’ and check out the shopping edit below.
