Stylist Charlotte Agnew On The Importance Of Hard Work
What’s your fail-safe styling trick?
In terms of styling tips, I think organisation and preparation are always going to be the best fail-safe things you can bring to every shoot.
How did you get into styling?
I began styling through numerous internships and assisting working stylists in Sydney. I completed a few summer courses, including conceptual styling at Central Saint Martins in London when I was 19. After that, I began working on shoots for myself and it developed from there.
What advice do you have for people who are starting out?
That hard work, determination and passion will always be responded to. Take the time to develop and learn everything from everyone you can, and always ask questions from those you want to learn from.
What item of clothing makes you feel the most like yourself?
I love a good pair of pants; I always feel comfortable in them. Also, my collection of hair accessories!
