Talk It Out

Which Brand Makes The Most Comfortable Jeans?

Let's get to the bottom of it (pun intended)!

Confession: I have one whole long shelf dedicated to jeans. There’s about seven messy stacks of them in a row.

I’d like to tell you that they’re all ‘different’, but really, they’re all very similar – each new addition offering a slight improvement on the last.

And don’t even get me started on my vintage Levi’s collection (if you’re also still in search of your perfect pair, here‘s a list of places to start).

I’m a straight leg, cropped ankle kinda girl. Sure, I branch out sometimes to ‘on trend’ updates (like the ones you’ll find here), but I usually fall back on the same one or two pairs that just ‘work’.

Fit wise, I love Nobody Denim. Always have, always will. I also ‘live in Levi’s’ that I found in an op shop in Paris or these high-waist cropped Japanese denim trousers with a wide leg.

Now it’s your turn! Which brand makes your favourite jeans?

Wrangler hi-pins are my favourite. They are super flattering and so comfortable, you can totally move in them. They have the perfect amount of stretch and I have had them for two years and they have completely kept shape!

  • Articles of Society makes amazing yet affordable denim, but when I am feelin’ fly I go for AG Jeans (get them in high rise) 😉

Thank Yvonne, I will check out Articles of Society, new brand for me! The Alexa Chung AG collection had great styles of jeans, did you ever try any?

  • New Look!!! I recently bought my first pair from them and I feel like I will NEVER stray haha. I’m short so I often find I need to roll my jeans up at the bottom but not this time! I got a pair of the ‘Jenna’ jeans (I think they’re called that) they fit amazing. I struggle to find jeans that fit my hips and my waist without having to wear a belt but these are so complimentary to my figure, I’d defo recommend!

Thanks Beth, will definitely give them a go as I also find I need to roll my jeans. I also cut off the bottoms of my jeans quite often, if you don’t you should try it’s so easy, once you wash them after cutting they fray really easily
