Talk It Out

How Do You Mend A Broken Heart?

“Break ups are fun” said no one ever.

Whether you’re doing the deed or someone’s done it to you, breaking up involves feeling guilty or being rejected.

But believe us when we say that every opportunity for a fresh start will eventually have a happy ending. ‘Happily ever after’ had to come from somewhere, right?

Reinvention is always fun. So we suggest making this your chance to wear those epic outfits you’ve always been too nervous to try (‘sup new you). If you need a bit of inspiration, see our favourite pieces to make you look fucking fabulous (without even trying) here.

Beyond this, anything creative will be medicine for your soul. If you’re struggling to do it alone, turn to those who’ll take you dancing all night, give you tequila shots and be ready with the tissues when you need them.

Of course, everyone deals with things differently, but at the end of the day, all you really want to know is that someone’s there for you. So let’s be there for each other.
