Meet Lucy Williams
Founder – Fashion Me Now, London
“Style is working your wardrobe in interesting ways without shiny, new things in the mix. I think style and fashion are very different entities – style means feeling comfortable in your own skin. This comes from trying (sometimes failing) different things but that’s part of the fun in finding what you’re all about.”
“After lots of interning, my first job was fashion assistant at InStyle, UK. I was super green when I started but it’s where I experienced photo shoots from start to finish, made relationships with PRs, learnt the inner workings of a magazine and did fashion week for the first time.”
“I grew up on a farm in the country with rescue donkeys, bottle-fed lambs, dogs, cats and chickens. My dad always reminds me of how I used to make my pocket money grading potatoes!”
